“I came for one planting season in 2015 and never left. Here you see a garden grow for years, not just the day it is finished.”

Marta Llorens

Working here

Contracts all year, not by the job. Three weeks off in August, with a small rota for the weekly drip checks.

  • Home by three in summer

From June to September the day starts at 7:00 and ends at 15:00, before the heat.

  • The same crew

Small crews that stay together, with the same gardens and the same clients year after year.

  • Paid training

Two weeks a year on courses of your choice, from pruning olives to plant health licences.

  • Van and tools

Good tools, kept sharp, and a van per crew. Nobody brings their own.

Gardeners with a good eye are always welcome. A few lines and some photos of gardens you have worked on are enough.
