What we keep about you and your garden, why, for how long, and who else sees it.
Aubergine Jardines S.L. is a garden company registered in Valencia, at Camí de Vera 18, 46022 Valencia. We are responsible for the personal data described here. Questions about it go to privacy@aubergine.test.
What we collect
- From the quote and contact forms: your name, email, phone, postcode, and what you tell us about the garden.
- From a site visit: the address, notes and measurements, and photographs of the garden. We photograph the garden, not the people in it.
- From a project or care plan: billing details, the access arrangements you give us, such as a gate code or key, and the history of work in your garden.
- From the website: basic, anonymous statistics on which pages are read. See the cookie notice for details.
Why we use it
To answer your request, prepare a design and quote, build and look after the garden, invoice the work, and meet our tax and accounting duties. We do not send newsletters, and we never sell or rent your data.
With your permission, we may publish photographs of your garden in our projects and journal. We never publish the address, and you can withdraw permission at any time.
Who else sees it
Only the people who need it to do the work: our own team, our accountant, and the providers who host our email and website. Each is bound by a contract that limits what they can do with it. All of them store data within the European Union.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Project and invoicing records are kept for six years, as Spanish tax law requires. Access details such as gate codes and keys are deleted or returned when a care plan ends.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, move or delete your data, or to limit how we use it, by writing to privacy@aubergine.test. We answer within a month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
